At Greg Grant Saddlery, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached, including any protective covers on saddles or bits.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Authorization and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all documentation is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
